To produce door jambs, we kiln the wood to 8-10% moisture content. After kilning, wood is cut by a rotary cutter and than finger jointed. After finger jointing, jamb is planed again to S4S Standard. We finger joint the jambs leaving only very small knots.

We produce 600 m3 of door jambs every month and export to many countries, mainly to Europe.
