Door frames are produced as 12 mm MDF + 18 mm edge glued panel + 12 mm MDF. The three layers are laminated to reach 42 mm. To produce door jambs, we first produce sandwich panels, and then cut the panel into required door frame width, such as 10-12-14-16-18-20 cm, and profile it to required details.
